Zape executes the high lessons, such as passage, piaffe, pirouettes and canter changes very precisely. In the Alta Escuela lessons he shows an impressive Spanish walk and a Spanish trot with beautiful movements.
His trainer describes him as a noble horse with a lot of heart. Zape is a perfectionist who wants to please his rider. Zape is a likeable stallion who is looking for a relationship with his rider. He is characterised on the one hand by his high willingness to perform, but at the same time by his friendly and trustworthy disposition.
